View and manage everyone subscribed to your plans.

Subscriber List

The Subscribers tab shows all active and recent subscriptions:

Filtering

Find subscribers by email, name, or Telegram username.

Plan Filter

Show only subscribers of a specific plan.

Actions

Pause

Stops future billing. Subscriber keeps access until their current period ends.

Use case: Subscriber asks to pause for a month.

Resume

Reactivates a paused subscription. Billing resumes at the next period.

Cancel

Ends the subscription immediately. Subscriber is notified.

⚠️

Cancellation is immediate. If you want to let them keep access until period end, use Pause instead.

Add Days

Extends the subscription with free time.

Use cases:

  • Compensating for service issues
  • Rewarding loyalty
  • Manual adjustments

Get the subscriber's self-service management URL. Send this to them so they can manage their own subscription.


Self-Service Portal

Every subscriber gets a unique management link:

/subscriptions_manager/manage?token={unique_token}

From the portal, subscribers can:

  • View subscription status
  • See payment history
  • Cancel their subscription

No account or password needed — the token provides secure access.

The portal link is included in confirmation emails. You can also copy it from the subscriber row in your dashboard and send it manually.
