Archive

The Archive tab stores deleted plans and ended subscriptions.

What Goes to Archive

Archived Plans

When you delete a plan:

  1. All active subscriptions are cancelled
  2. Subscribers are notified
  3. Plan moves to Archive

Archived plan info:

  • Plan name and settings
  • When it was created
  • When it was deleted
  • Number of subscribers it had

Archived Subscriptions

Cancelled and expired subscriptions move to Archive.

Archived subscription info:

  • Subscriber contact
  • Which plan they were on
  • How long they were subscribed
  • When they ended
  • Reason (cancelled, expired, payment failed)

Searching Archive

Each section has its own search:

  • Archived Plans: Search by plan name
  • Archived Subscriptions: Search by email or name

Nothing is Deleted

Archive is for record-keeping. Nothing is permanently deleted.

Use the Archive to:

  • Reference past subscribers
  • Track historical plans
  • Audit subscription history

Restoring Items

Currently, archived items cannot be restored. If you need to:

  • Re-create a plan: Make a new plan with the same settings
  • Re-activate a subscriber: Have them subscribe again
