Archive
The Archive tab stores deleted plans and ended subscriptions.
What Goes to Archive

Archived Plans
When you delete a plan:
- All active subscriptions are cancelled
- Subscribers are notified
- Plan moves to Archive
Archived plan info:
- Plan name and settings
- When it was created
- When it was deleted
- Number of subscribers it had
Archived Subscriptions
Cancelled and expired subscriptions move to Archive.
Archived subscription info:
- Subscriber contact
- Which plan they were on
- How long they were subscribed
- When they ended
- Reason (cancelled, expired, payment failed)
Searching Archive
Each section has its own search:
- Archived Plans: Search by plan name
- Archived Subscriptions: Search by email or name
Nothing is Deleted
Archive is for record-keeping. Nothing is permanently deleted.
Use the Archive to:
- Reference past subscribers
- Track historical plans
- Audit subscription history
Restoring Items
Currently, archived items cannot be restored. If you need to:
- Re-create a plan: Make a new plan with the same settings
- Re-activate a subscriber: Have them subscribe again
