The Archive tab stores deleted plans and ended subscriptions.

What Goes to Archive

Subscriptions	When cancelled or expired

Archived Plans

When you delete a plan:

All active subscriptions are cancelled
Subscribers are notified
Plan moves to Archive

Archived plan info:

Plan name and settings
When it was created
When it was deleted
Number of subscribers it had

Archived Subscriptions

Cancelled and expired subscriptions move to Archive.

Archived subscription info:

Subscriber contact
Which plan they were on
How long they were subscribed
When they ended
Reason (cancelled, expired, payment failed)

Searching Archive

Each section has its own search:

Archived Plans: Search by plan name
Archived Subscriptions: Search by email or name

Nothing is Deleted

Archive is for record-keeping. Nothing is permanently deleted.

Use the Archive to:

Reference past subscribers
Track historical plans
Audit subscription history

Restoring Items

Currently, archived items cannot be restored. If you need to:

Re-create a plan: Make a new plan with the same settings
Re-activate a subscriber: Have them subscribe again
